Return and refund policy

If you experience any issues with your order, we will do our best to resolve them.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return full-priced merchandise for a full refund or credit within 30 days of delivery date (minus shipping costs, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly). Sale items may be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a refund of the sales amount at the time of purchase. (minus shipping costs, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly).

All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged merchandise. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email: loveandhaith.me@gmail.com

Only regular-priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the chargeback fees charged to us by the credit card company.

Reasons for Void:
The buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common scenario and we cannot accept this if we want to continue to offer great value for money at Love and Faith. Buyers should be sure they want to purchase the items before submitting their order, not after.
