Shipping Policy

Free standard international shipping is available for orders over $300. However, customers may be responsible for duties and taxes depending on their country.

Shipping time for international orders is 10-25 business days, but delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed.

Mail can be shipped by ground, air, or a combination of ground and air. Customers are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, and local taxes specified by their country and region.

Checkout total does not include any additional customs duties, which the carrier will notify customers. In the UK, customers may need to pay VAT, customs duties, or excise taxes on goods from outside the European Union (EU), which on average will account for 12% of the order value. Similarly, for orders into Canada, the import threshold is $20 CAD, and orders above this amount will incur import fees of approximately 5%-13%. If you choose to refuse to pay customs duties and your package is returned, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. If you are still unsure whether you need to pay customs duties, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Misdelivered Packages and PO Boxes
Our company is committed to providing customers with reliable and timely shipping services. However, we would like to draw your attention that in some cases, we cannot be held responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipping to PO boxes.

Customers are advised to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Failure to provide a correct shipping address may result in delayed or misdelivered packages. In such cases, the company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused thereby.

For international shipments, we will do our best to use reliable carriers to ensure correct delivery. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused if a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender” because the carrier is unable to deliver the package. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to resend the package.

Lost Packages
We are committed to providing our customers with a seamless, hassle-free shopping experience. As part of this commitment, we offer comprehensive shipping policies to ensure that our customers receive their products in a timely and efficient manner.

We work with reliable and trustworthy carriers to ship all packages, but unfortunately, some packages may be lost in transit. If your package is lost by a carrier, you can request a full replacement for your order as long as the carrier proves the lost status.

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team at loveandfaith.me@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant information about the lost package. We will work with the carrier to confirm the status and arrange to send the replacement shipment to you.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of the package after it is delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.

We strongly recommend that customers provide a safe shipping location to prevent any problems.
